Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts. (Colossians 3:16 NIV)
God's people have long gathered together in worship to offer their praise and thanks to God, hear his Word for their daily lives, and to find peace through the forgiveness of sins given through Word and sacraments.
Worship at Our Shepherd is typically done in the liturgical (traditional) style. Drawing from the treasures of the past alongside current tastes, services are designed to be a two-way dialogue between God and his people. Families are encouraged to worship together so everyone may grow their faith together as a single church family.
There is no dress code or need for prior knowledge of Jesus, Christianity, or church. All are welcome to come how they are to learn of Jesus, connect with their brothers and sisters in faith, and worship our Lord.
